A flirt can be words. You do not have to send another photo to keep it going, and you do not have to send one you would be unhappy to see again. The profile photo is the one you picked for strangers. Anything else is optional, including when they say everyone else does it.
If the ask arrives in the first few messages, before they have talked about anything you wrote, you can leave it unanswered. Sending a first message is what a normal opening looks like. Theirs was not that. Photos that get a reply is the picture that was already enough.
Say no once if you want to say it. If they argue, block them. How to block and report does not need a screenshot of the argument, though you can add one if you have it.
We will never ask you for a fee, and we will not ask you for a private photo so that a flirt can continue.
